Teach-it.net. Model Vocational Development in the Field of ICT for Social Life Animateurs in South Poland

Information about the Project

The project is of pilot character and will be implemented mainly within the area of South Poland.
Under the project, approx. 1000 social life animateurs - educators, representatives of local government and non-governmental organizations - will be trained by means of e-learning courses. They will receive training in application of ICT for professional purposes. On completion of the training, they will receive additional support so that the knowledge and skills acquired through courses should be further strengthened and integrated.

The e-learning training courses will be modular (consisting of 11 modules), and will be freely linked depending on the participants’ level of knowledge. Each module lasts approx. 25-30 teaching hours. The number of modules that each participant may take part in is not defined and is subject to change. In addition, the project beneficiaries will be supported in utilization of the knowledge acquired as counselling assistance will be available to them. Therefore, the model solution resulting from combining training with counselling will significantly increase the project effectiveness.
